Project SeaSafe 2026: Clean Water Collective – OFFICIAL

April 17-26, 2026 | Old Fish House Bar & Grill, Grant-Valkaria, FL

ONLINE REGISTRATION is open

New for 2026, the event expands with the addition of the Bouncer Smith Celebrity Inshore Slam, a fun, conservation-minded catch-photo-release fishing tournament bringing together anglers, families, and outdoor personalities to celebrate the fisheries that depend on clean water. The tournament helps kick off the week of conservation activities and highlights the connection between healthy waterways, thriving fisheries, and the communities that rely on them. This year we’re also excited to welcome the Bouncer Smith Celebrity Inshore Slam, a special addition that brings together some of the most respected captains, anglers, and outdoor personalities in the sport. Known for his legendary career and deep respect for Florida’s fisheries, Captain Bouncer Smith represents the kind of stewardship this event is all about.

“The best way to protect our waterways is to bring people together to work on them.”

The Celebrity Inshore Slam will run alongside Project SeaSafe’s conservation week, blending fishing, community, and environmental action. Participating anglers and guests will experience firsthand why protecting our waterways matters—from the mangroves and clam restoration efforts to the fisheries that depend on healthy estuaries.

By bringing the fishing community directly into the heart of conservation work, the event celebrates the connection between clean water, thriving fisheries, and the outdoor traditions we all share.

“You can fish the Slam, take part in the conservation work, or go all in and do both—however you show up, you’re part of making a difference, and we’d love to have you with us.”

Why This Week Matters

This isn’t a festival.
It’s not a booth show.
It’s not talk.

It’s a working model for how conservation should look:

  • People show up
  • People participate
  • People leave things better

By bringing anglers, families, scientists, and brands together in one place, we’re proving something important:

When people experience the work firsthand—they care enough to protect it.

Last year - 2025

This event isn’t just about fishing, cleaning and planting; it’s a comprehensive, immersive experience designed to educate, inspire, and make tangible impacts on our environment. Guided by Cory Redwine, Star brite’s dedicated Project SeaSafe Conservation Director and Captain Alex Gorichky, participants will dive into hands-on conservation projects, witness the passion of community leaders and celebrities, and be part of significant environmental initiatives.
