Welcome to the 3rd Annual Project SeaSafe Clean Water Collective, a beacon of hope and action for water conservation enthusiasts and community members. Organized by Star brite, a brand of OneWater Marine and steadfast advocate for environmental preservation, this year’s event promises to be a landmark occasion in the ongoing efforts to protect and revitalize the Banana River and surrounding waterways.

Guided by Cory Redwine, Star brite’s dedicated Project SeaSafe Conservation Director, participants will dive into hands-on conservation projects, witness the passion of community leaders and celebrities, and be part of significant environmental initiatives.

Event Highlights & Itinerary

Friday, April 19

  • 4:00 pm

    Evening Waterfront Mixer: Start the weekend right with a casual meet-and-greet at Marker 24 Riverfront Grille. Enjoy breathtaking views, delectable food, and great company. Enjoy music with James Mitchell from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Dennis Friel live painting at Marker 24 - catch him Saturday during the event as well. Meet with Dr. Todd from UF Whitney Lab at 5:00 PM to learn about clam restoration and the state of the river.

Saturday, April 20

  • 7:00 am

    Jim Ross live radio show - Catch A Memory Outdoors - Marker 24 Marina

  • 8:00 am

    Kick off with donuts and coffee for our early bird volunteers.

  • 9:00 am

    Dive into action with activities including:
    Mangrove Planting: Build "Mangrove Bombshells" for Cory Redwine’s New Swell Mangrove Restoration Project.
    Clam Release: Participate in the IRL Clam Restoration effort.
    Educational Workshops: Learn from experts about sustainable practices and conservation techniques.
    Waterway Clean-Up: Join forces to clean up our cherished waterways.

  • 11:00 am

    Break for lunch at Marker 24 Riverfront Grille, offering a variety of local flavors.

  • 4:30 pm

    Wind down with live music, mingle with celebrities, and enjoy the serene Banana River ambiance. Enjoy music with Kevin Ebright from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Sunday, April 21

  • 8:00 am

    Trash Clean Up Day - Sponsored by CCA

    CCA providing donuts and coffee for our diligent trash cleanup volunteers, along with trash bags, buckets, and gloves.

  • 9:00 am - 12:00 PM

    Focused trash clean-up efforts in specified locations, both on water and land.

  • 12:00 pm

    Announcement of the SeaSafe Conservation Captain and Dealer of the Year. Celebrate your contributions and enjoy a leisurely afternoon boating or relaxing at Marker 24 with marine industry celebrity appearances. Enjoy music with Sun Derek from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
